Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Dental Decoded website and the services and products offered through it. By booking a session, submitting a document, or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read the refund and shipping sections before you purchase.

What we provide

Dental Decoded offers mentoring, document review, and interview preparation for pre-dental students, dental students, and new graduates, along with printed study materials. Our services are educational guidance only. We do not guarantee admission to any school or program, a job offer, a particular score, or any other specific outcome, and nothing we provide is legal, financial, or clinical advice. A contract or offer review is an explanation of terms from a dentist’s perspective, not a substitute for an attorney.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. Please keep the information on your account accurate so we can reach you about your sessions and orders.

Your work stays yours

You keep full ownership of every document you submit. You give us permission to read, annotate, and store it only for the purpose of delivering the review you purchased. We do not publish, sell, or share your materials, and we do not use them as examples without asking you first. The feedback, written materials, and workbooks we provide remain ours, and are licensed to you for your own personal use rather than for redistribution or resale.

Booking, sessions, and rescheduling

  • Payment is taken when you book. You will be able to choose your time slot once payment is confirmed.
  • You can reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours before your session, using the link in your confirmation email.
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed sessions, count as delivered and are not refundable.
  • If Dr. Dina has to reschedule, you will be offered a new time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Document reviews

Written feedback is normally returned within 48 to 72 hours of submission. Each review package includes a set number of rounds, shown at checkout; a round is used when feedback is returned to you. Unused rounds expire twelve months after purchase.

Refunds

  • Sessions. Cancel 24 hours or more before your session for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, or after a missed session, the session is not refundable.
  • Document reviews. Full refund any time before feedback is delivered. Once feedback has been sent, that round is not refundable. If you bought a multi-round package, we will refund the rounds you have not used.
  • Mentorship. Cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if no check-in has taken place. After that, we refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.
  • Digital study guides. These are delivered the moment you pay, so they are not refundable. If a file will not open or never reaches you, email us and we will send it again or refund you.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Something gone wrong? Email us at decoded.dental@gmail.com before opening a dispute. We would much rather fix it directly.

Shipping and returns

  • We ship printed workbooks to the United States and Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • Orders are usually packed within 2 to 3 business days. You will get a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships.
  • Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the recipient’s responsibility.
  • Returns. Return an unused workbook in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is at your cost, and original shipping is not refunded.
  • Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it at no cost to you.

Acceptable use

Please use the site honestly: submit only work that is yours to submit, do not upload anything unlawful or malicious, do not attempt to access other people’s accounts or documents, and do not resell or redistribute our materials. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will refund anything already paid for but not yet delivered when we do.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided as described, without warranty of any particular result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a service or product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The date at the top shows the most recent revision, and the terms in force when you made a purchase are the ones that apply to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
